This apartment has a lovely balcony with a table and chairs for dining outside!
The view is beautiful and you can go up to the rooftop if you'd like to see an even more spectacular view of the ocean, the hills, the keys and all of Esperanza! There's a large bedroom with a king size bed and air conditioning. The bathroom is large, with a massage shower head and plenty of water pressure! You get a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and breakfast bar. The living room is full of windows and you have a futon (folds out to a double bed), chairs and a TV with a DVD player. We have some DVD's for you, please ask us! In the back, there is another balcony which faces the back yard. There is a washing machine and clothesline for your use. In the yard, we have many fruit trees (mango, lemon, guava, pajuil, coconut, plantains, quenepa). Please help yourself to whatever is ripe and in season. On the wall in the living room, you'll enjoy an underwater scene painted by one of our local Viequense artists... absolutely spectacular! You may meet him, since he lives in Esperanza! The apartment is perfect for 2 - 4 people. We charge $10 per person per night for more than 2 people.

This unit is on the first floor and has a large bedroom with a queen size bed. You can enjoy the breezes from your windows you also have a ceiling fan. Or enjoy the cool pleasure of having your own AC control! The bedroom has drawers, a closet, and plenty of room. It has a private entrance on the side of the house. There's a mini-size refrigerator / freezer if you'd like to store some food or drinks. There's a coffee maker and also a microwave in the room. You have a large private bathroom with a massage shower head and plenty of water pressure. Your room has a view into the back yard where we have many fruit trees (mango, lemon, guava, pajuil, coconut, plantain and quenepa). Please help yourself to whatever is ripe and in season. The coconuts are almost always in season. Try your luck at opening one! There is room for a third person, for $10 extra per night. We can bring in a single bed, (or an inflatable mattress that you may easily pick up and store outside the door for more room during the daytime!)
